Welcome to Pickle Paradise, operated by Nugget Event Group LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing a ticket or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

 

  1. Tickets
  2. All ticket sales are final. Ticket purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and location indicated at purchase. Tickets are transferable; contact info@pickleparadiseparty.com at least 24 hours before the event to transfer.

2. Age Requirements

Some Pickle Paradise events are 21+ and require valid government-issued photo ID at entry. Age requirements are listed on each event's ticket page. Attendees without valid ID will not be admitted and are not eligible for a refund.

 

3. Event Conduct

By attending a Pickle Paradise event, you agree to follow all venue rules and staff instructions. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who is disruptive, intoxicated, or violates venue policies. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

4. Photo & Video Release

Pickle Paradise events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to your image, voice, and likeness being used by Nugget Event Group LLC for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

 

5. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at any Pickle Paradise event is at your own risk. You agree to release Nugget Event Group LLC, its officers, employees, and venues from any liability arising from your attendance, except where prohibited by law.

 

6. Event Changes

We reserve the right to change the venue, date, time, lineup, or format of any event. Material changes will be communicated to ticket holders via the email used at purchase.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, text, images, graphics) is owned by Nugget Event Group LLC or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nugget Event Group LLC's total liability for any claim relating to a ticket or event shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
