Refund policy

All ticket sales are final. Due to the nature of live events, Pickle Paradise does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on event tickets once a purchase is completed.

 

Exceptions:

  • If Pickle Paradise cancels an event, ticket holders will automatically receive a full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of the cancellation announcement.
  • - If an event is rescheduled, your original ticket will be honored at the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund by emailing info@pickleparadiseparty.com within 14 days of the reschedule announcement.

Ticket Transfers:

Tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by contacting info@pickleparadiseparty.com at least 24 hours before the event. The new attendee must meet all event requirements (including age restrictions, where applicable).

 

Event Entry:

Admission may be denied for guests who appear intoxicated, are disruptive, or fail to meet event requirements. In such cases, tickets are non-refundable.
